On the 15th of November we are inviting 3rd Year students to complete a survey in co-operation with planet youth.
It involves filling out an anonymous survey that will take about 45-50 minutes and will be completed during period 4/5.
If you do not want your student to participate then please complete the opt out form your student brought home otherwise no action is needed on your part.
